Admission Procedure

Please make sure you fulfill the following requirements for your application to be considered.

• Paste your child’s one photograph and attach the rest of 3 in envelop.
• Write “N/A” in the section which is not applicable.
• Enclose the Form – B or Birth Certificate by NADRA.
• Affidavit to be enclosed if Guardian is filing the form.
• Completed Misber School Admission Registration Form
• Photocopy of CNIC (Father & Mother / Guardian)
• A copy of character certificate or school leaving certification from the previous school attended.
• A copy of result sheet of last examination/s taken.
• Copies of any awards, prizes, certificates of extracurricular activities.
